Vertical Mixer (HKV)
Vertical Mixer (HKV)
In the vacuum discharge system, it is possible to control and discharge the processed material from the kneading tank using a pneumatic discharge valve attached to the reciprocating plate and the bottom. The bearing support and sealing of the kneading shaft are located outside the production tank due to the vertical design. By arranging the kneading blades vertically, processing can be done with a filling of 10 to 65% relative to the capacity of the kneading container. The excellent kneading and dispersion effect of IKA's kneading machine is generated by the interlocking of the kneading blades, the planetary motion of one blade around the other, and the stripping action between both blades. These movements create pressure fluctuations, either rising or falling, or shear forces, which are used for mixing and kneading high-viscosity materials.
